About
about me
I was born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece in 1982 and I currently live in Prague, Czech Republic.
I studied Mathematics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and graduated in 2008. During my years as a Math student, I started to explore HTML and CSS as a hobby and gradually it became my main interest, which led me to get into the IT field more seriously. I enhanced my computing knowledge, by achieving a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Surrey, UK, in 2009.
I have also taken courses in Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign) at the Intergraphics Educational Institute of Thessaloniki in order to improve my design skills. Among several major Content Management Systems, I found out that Joomla suits me well for applying my designs on it and converting my static pages into dynamic ones.
When I am not building websites I usually spend my time playing music (I have been an active musician for many years), watching movies, hanging out with friends and travelling.
